SB Cattle Co. is run on Savannah Sugar Estate, L'escalier, Mauritius. The Division was established in 2009. Hereford and Braford bulls were imported from the BonHaven Hereford and Braford Divisions in South Africa to be bred to the Zebu type cows. A Registered Braford herd will be established to provide Mauritius with superior breeding material and quality beef. SB Cattle Co. is managed by Jeremy Hillhouse.
Future developments include importing Braford females from South Africa and an intensive AI programme.
